A Family-Run Business Where People-First Values Meet Property Perfection
What began as a family roofing firm has become a fully heralded property contracting company. Welcome to the FPC Group. First founded by brothers Shaun and Shane Finney, Finney’s Property Contractors Limited (FPC) has developed from a small roofing company based in Upton-Upon-Severn, near Malvern into an industry-leading property contractor across the Three Counties and beyond.
Much of our success is driven by our commitment to our customers, our investment in our people and the values we hold as a company. Across all our services, we ensure each staff member is employed in-house directly and professionally trained to maintain the high standards of our organisation across every project.
Regardless of the size or complexity of your property requirements, we promise to deliver the same consistency, transparency, and quality assurance at every stage.
